My name is Michaela Gerngroß and with this page I would like to introduce myself.

For more than four years I have been working at Sky Deutschland Fernsehen GmbH und Co. KG in agile and classic project setups on Sky's websites. My tasks include the creation of UX concepts, wireframes and complex business requirements in the web environment based on use cases and user journeys.
Through my work as a certified Scrum Master I and as a Product Owner in various projects, I was able to gain diverse impressions of agile project management and the leadership of agile development teams. I also work as a product owner, business analyst and tester in an agile release train according to SAFe.

I studied "Information Management and Corporate Communication" at the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm (HNU), where I also discovered my enthusiasm for website development. Through various projects like the hybrid app development of a prototype for VR-Bank Neu-Ulm (with Android Studio) or as a trainee at Südwest Presse Online-Dienste GmbH I was able to deepen this passion.

I love to work in diverse teams and to inspire my environment with my enthusiasm. Working together to implement complex requirements, analyzing challenges and developing constructive solutions is something I really enjoy. My heart beats for everything digital: websites and apps.
